Beyonce and her younger sister Solange for lunch in New York City on Sunday afternoon. The duo made separate arrivals as they opted to chow down at Brooklyn eatery Buttermilk Channel .

Also, Beyonce is getting ready to release another music video from her album "4" with the latest offering being the visual accompaniment to her single "Party" due out this Tuesday. The original version of the song featured Outkast's Andre 3000, but Bey decided to switched things up by remixing the song with J. Cole .

Solange Knowles Accuses Miami Police Dept Of Racism...Not The Case??

 Yesterday Solange took to twitter and calmed that Miami police and they had pulled a weapon on her.

Well in a statement from Delrish L. Moss of the Miami PD said;

 "Over the weekend, the lion's share of the mainstream and entertainment media reported that the Miami Police Department had a confrontation with Solange Knowles, the sister of Beyonce Knowles of record and movie fame."

Moss continued;

"We have investigated and found that this incident DID NOT occur in our city. We have determined that Ms. Knowles was not in our city at the time of the alleged incident. That city has informed us that they are looking into the incident. This incident DID NOT involve the Miami Police Department in any way, shape, or form."

Miami Beach Police will continue to look into the matter, and have tried to contact Solange in regards to her complaints.
