Maria Shriver Gets A 10Million Dollar Pad

Maria Shriver is reportedly in the midst of purchasing a $10 million Los Angeles mansion just a short distance away from the home in which she shared with estranged husband Arnold Schwarzenegger.

According to sources, the super-pricey new pad located in the Brentwood neighborhood is currently in escrow.

Her move comes directly after Maria's decision to file for divorce on July 1st-Which is officially ending her 25-year marriage to Arnold.

The couple's divorce, not yet finalized, could leave Shriver with a whopping $300 million settlement, as well as joint custody of her and Schwarzenegger's two minor children.
