Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner have called it quits.

A rep for Locklear actress confirmed to press,

"They are no longer engaged."

Locklear was spotted at last night’s premiere of “Breaking Dawn” in Los Angeles, CA no engagement ring to be found.

Heather and  Jack began dating shortly after Locklear divorced Richie Sambora in 2007.

Heather Locklear and longtime boy friend Jack Wagner are engaged according to a source. The 51-year-old finally popped the question to the "Melrose Place" star during the weekend of July 23.

The proposal began to swirl last week after Heather was pictured with a massive rock on her ring finger while out on the town with Jack in London. As for why the pair want a wedding now, a source told InTouch,

"It's the right time. Her family is smitten by him. It's the best thing she has had in a long time."
