Katy Perry and her jewelery designer friend, attend Markus Molinari  charity event in Las Vegas. Perry happily posed with her friend on the red carpet looking fablously happy with her blue hair.

This is the first her first public appearance since Russell Brand filed for divorce in December.

Looks like she is not taking the Russell Brand Divorce badly at all!! #teamkatyperry
