Khloe Kardashian Being Sued By Transgender Woman For Assault!

Just when we thought that Khloe Kardashian was going to be left out of swirl of negative publicity. Khloe is being sued by a transgender woman for assualt!

The lawsuit states that 27-year-old E! reality star assaulted the alleged victim during a tiff outside of a Hollywood nightclub back on December 5, 2009.

This alleged fight took place over Khloe’s husband, Lamar Odoom, after the plaintiff, Chantal Spears (aka Ronald Spears) approached him to tell him he was too young to get married.

Spears says she required medical care and suffered from "severe mental anguish" after the alleged assault, which she claims she did not provoke, according to People magazine.

A source for Khole camp is saying,

"This was two years ago and Khloe did nothing, This person shoved Khloe and she pushed them off. This person just wants to jump on the bandwagon."
