Ali Lohan Covers Page Six Magazine, Plastic Surgery or Photo Shop???

Ali Lohan, the younger sister ofLindsay Lohan covers the December issue’s cover of New York Post’s Page Six Magazine. Ali has been accused of having plastic surgery.  She adamantly denied that any plastic surgery was done to her face.

Ali says;

“It’s stupid,” she said.  “I don’t listen to it. It’s absolutely not true.”

She continue;

 “I just say no, I’m lucky enough that I had my sister to learn from. I’ve seen people do it to her, so I’ve learned to be like, “That’s stupid, no.”

So maybe she didn't have plastic surgery but there was soome definate Photo shop that happen to this cover..
