Jordin Sparks & Whitney Houston Staring In The Remake Of “Sparkle”!

Jordin Sparks and Whitney Houston are going to be staring  in the 1970′s remake of “Sparkle”. Above is the first picture of the two in the upcoming film set to be released in August.

The film is about a girl group who experiences turmoil after one of their members turns to drugs.

Whitney had this to say:

‘Part of the fun of making this movie is definitely the costumes and the hairstyles. The movie is set in 1963, and we had a great wardrobe, hair and makeup person and I loved wearing the outfits.’
